Three Weeks, She Sleeps
Characters/Pairings: Sakura, Naruto/Sasuke, Kakashi
Warnings: Character death.
Summary: Sakura’s dying of chakra burnout, and her team is desperate to heal her.
Comments: This is a damn good fic that just… I usually cannot stand deathfic. (Despite the fact that I bitch about Kishimoto not having the guts to kill his characters off. That’s different. Somehow.) But this is well-written, in-character, and surprisingly apt.
One-shot, complete.

Dear Faineant,
I’ve stumbled upon your naruto fanfic recommendation as you can clearly see, and I want to start of by thanking you for especially this one. While I have already had a look at some of them, see the value in many and am already hooked by “By Reason of Disease”, Three Weeks, She Sleeps just had this powerful impact on me. I mean, I’m not a fan of drama, but when the fanfic causes you to burst out crying like that at the end as if you had, er, water jutsu pouring down your eyes, one has to truly appreciate fanfics like these.
Now I’m making my way to read a couple more. Thanks again, hope to hear of more good fanfics from you^^
