Comments: I am an unashamed Murata fangirl, and this is a nicely written, well-characterized fic. With a very unusual pairing as well. (Okay, so my true OTP for Murata is Murata/Yozak, but I’m kind of a slut on OTPs). And I liked how Murata’s plans changed, because I think that Murata strikes me as a kind of subtle control freak, and I delight in having unexpected things happen to control freak.

Comments: Does it occasionally feel to anyone else that variations of the 20 themes, 30 kisses, etc. are taking over livejournal? That aside, these drabbles are nicely done. They feel a lot like the series. Except for the pairings, but that’s just because I’m a ConYuu fangirl. And a Murata/Yozak fangirl. So both of my pairings are doomed in this. But it’s still well-written and I enjoyed it.

Comments: I’m in the middle of a very long fic that I’m waiting to the end to rec, but here’s one to tide you over. This is a nice Konrad/Yuuri fic. I really like the way it’s written. It’s in a list format, which is actually the second time I’ve run into a well-written list fic recently. Huh. Go figure.

Summary: When Cecille von Spitzburg shows up on Yuuri’s doorstep, a surprising relationship develops.
Comments: I have been wanting a Cherry/Jennifer fic for forever. And it’s by one of my favorite authors. And it’s well written, and Wolfram’s reaction cracked me up. Damn, Cecille moves fast.

Comments: You know I just started grinning madly the second I saw this, don’t you? I bitch and bitch about how love triangles just need a threesome to resolve them, and no one ever writes one. Until they do. And I am happy. Thrilled, in fact.

Comments: Yes, another Conrad/Yuuri fic. Shut up. Anyway, I like this. The Conrad characterization’s a tad more complex than usual, and the bit at the end was hilarious. To me, at least.

Inventions Never Lie (They Just Fail From Time to Time)

Summary: Anissina’s love detector makes her very curious
Comments: Okay, the only Kyou Kara Maou character I may love as much as Conrad is Anissina. A fic centering on Anissina’s thoughts on the Conrad/Yuuri pairing is like a dream come true. It’s nicely written, and I like the conversation between Anissina and Conrad at the end.

Nightmare

Summary: Yuuri keeps having the same nightmare.
Comments: I like this. Part of me doesn’t like the concept - a nightmare because he’s afraid of being alone? For fucks sake, how many people does he need around him? But it’s nice, and sweet, and cute, and just the right amount of angsty. And I am desperately in love with Konrad/Yuuri.

Operation Return

Comments: There aren’t very many Konrad/Yuuri fics around, and I like this one. It’s cute, the way Yuuri’s worrying about Konrad, and the way Konrad comforts him. It’s just a sweet little fic.

Comments: This has so much of the original feel of the series. The utter crackness amuses me greatly. As do Wolfram’s artistic pretensions. And Konrad’s solution to the problem.

Comments: The first one cracked me up. It’s just so perfect for the characters and so evil and just go read it will you? The second one’s pretty good too, but the first one killed me with laughter.

Summary: Two drabbles. Conrad calms his brothers.
Comments: Mmmyes. Just what I wanted to read after my three-hour accounting night class. It’s nicely written, as usual for Harukami. I really liked the Gwendal/Conrad one. She just seemed to get their characters wonderfully and Gwendal’s one of those characters I find really hard to nail down, so I’m impressed. And I’m an unashamed Conrad fangirl, and he is just yummy in this. I wasn’t nearly as fond of the Conrad/Wolfram one to be honest, but since I can’t tell how much of that is due to my mild dislike of Wolfram - well, I think from a more objective point of view it would be just as good.
